The Creag Foundation was established in 2009 with the belief that hard work, creativity, and passion are the key to meaningful change. They award grants to organizations developing innovative methods for meeting basic human needs.
Letters of inquiry can be submitted at any time. Full applications are by invitation only.
Eligibility
This grant is open to 501(c)3 organizations. The Foundation is particularly interested in supporting smaller organizations that are new or moving in a new direction.
Past Grantees
Beyond supporting work in the human services, there are no defined funding areas. Past grantees have included:
- Peer-led recovery for substance misuse, mental illness, and homelessness
- Wild sheep conservation
- Outdoor activities for veterans
- Sports opportunities for people with disabilities
- Youth art
